Foreign skilled workers and professionals can qualify for various migration options offered by Canadian Government. Successful applicant will receive Permanent Residence (PR) visa to migrate permanently to Canada.
Federal Skilled Worker (FSW): The federal skilled worker visa is designed for individuals who have the qualifications, skills or experiences to fill Canada’s skill shortages and contribute to the Canadian economy. FSW Applicants are not restricted and can migrate and settle anywhere in Canada.
- Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP): The Federal Skilled Trades Program is designed for individuals who have the qualifications, skills and experience to fill Canada’s skilled – trade’s shortages and contributes to Canadian economy.
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP): Majority of Providence in Canada participates in PNP program. PNP Program is designed to fill labour shortage in specific province (State) in Canada. PNP Applicants are restricted to stay for minimum 2 years in particular province before they migrate and settle anywhere in Canada.
- Quebec Skilled Worker: Like other PNP program Quebec is also participating in separate Province Nomination program for those who want to settle in Quebec.
